I was in Aldo the other day buying a pair of silver ballet flats.

The saleswoman brought over a silver bag to match the shoes. Sure it was cute - (NOT to wear with the shoes though). But I ended up not getting it because it didn’t have a zipper. I rarely buy handbags that don’t have zippers.

Real city girls - the ones who traveled their formative years on subways instead of minivans - know that zippers on handbags are a must in the urban jungle. That is, unless you’ve got a rat trap waiting in your handbag for the pickpockets!

Well actually there is an exception to every rule. And De*Nada Designs claims that exemption status.

I love how their totes come up high, and then have a deep plunging slope in the middle.
